Taking capacity-building activities as its core, particularly empowering university staff to leverage the opportunities of the Erasmus+ Program, the project will establish an International Virtualization Center in Vietnam to enhance cooperation with EU stakeholders and maintain the involvement of higher levels in Vietnam in the internationalization process.
Attending the Kick-Off program, Quang Ninh University of Technology, as a partner, sent a delegation of staff to gain a better understanding of the overall scope, tasks, objectives, and results of the project. In addition, the meeting detailed the work packages that partners need to implement, the proposed plans; an overview of the project's first year of activities, and information on the allocated budget.

University Leaders and Project Coordinators in Italy Through the working session, plans for disseminating the project and appointing members of the Project Quality Committee were also outlined. Subsequent tasks will be assigned to each participating university, giving each university the opportunity to enhance its capacity and access and disseminate information about Erasmus+ programs. This is truly valuable experience for the University in implementing international projects and will provide many opportunities for future engagement and participation in more projects.

With the goal of modernizing international cooperation among Vietnamese universities and promoting collaboration and connection between higher education institutions in the EU and Vietnam, the project will undoubtedly have a positive impact on Vietnamese universities by enhancing their capacity and professionalism at an international level through improved management skills and enhanced quality in the preparation, implementation, monitoring, and tracking of international projects.
