1. Purpose of the Call and General Regulations
This call regulates the application procedure for staff mobility for teaching within the framework of the Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility project between …………… University and Quang Ninh University of Industry (QUI), Vietnam.
Erasmus+ is the EU programme for education, training, youth, and sport covering the period ……… It provides opportunities for students and staff to study, teach, or receive training abroad, with academic recognition ensured by the sending institution.

2. Mobility Types and Available Places
STAFF FOR TEACHING (Academic staff, including postdoctoral researchers)
Minimum 8 teaching hours per week (lectures, seminars, workshops, tutoring).

3. Admission Requirements
3.1 Employment Status
Applicants must be employed at QUI throughout the application and mobility period.
3.2 Language Proficiency
Applicants must meet language requirements:

3.3 In/Compatibility
Applicants may not receive other EU grants for the same period. Mobility must take place outside the country of residence. Dual-nationals must specify the nationality under which they apply.
3.4 Ineligibility
Falsified information results in disqualification.
4. Activities
4.1 Teaching Mobility
Includes lectures, seminars, workshops, tutoring. Minimum 8 in-person teaching hours per week required.
4.2 Training Mobility
Includes job-shadowing, observation, and training activities abroad (excluding conferences).
5. Grants
5.1 Financial Support
Staff: …… € per day (until day 14; 70% from day 15 to 60)
Travel costs covered based on Erasmus+ distance bands.
5.2 Continuous Mobility
Must be completed in one uninterrupted period.
5.3 Scholarship Contract
Selected candidates must sign a contract and comply with host regulations.
5.4 Special Needs Support
Additional funding may be available for participants with special needs, subject to approval.
5.6 Incentives (QUI)
Support with visa, housing, and administrative processes.
Participation counts positively toward annual staff performance assessment.
6. Admission Procedure
6.1 Application

Late applications will not be accepted.
Applications may be in English or Italian; translations may initially be non-certified.
6.2 Required Documents
- Passport/ID copy
- Proof of residence
- Proof of employment at QUI
- Mobility Programme (signed)
- Letter of Interest from host department
- CV (Europass, max 2 pages)
- 1 Recommendation Letter + contact of another referee
7. Selection Process

QUI will publish selected and reserve lists.
7.5 Notification
Results sent by email.
7.7 Acceptance
Selected applicants must accept the grant within 48 hours.
7.8 Appeal Procedure

Appeals apply only to procedural errors.
