1. Introduction

This document provides international students with an overview of tuition fees, estimated living costs, and payment procedures while studying at Quang Ninh University of Industry (QUI). Fee structures may vary depending on the program, study level, and mobility category.

2. Tuition Policy for International Students

QUI applies different tuition regulations for:
- Full-degree international students
- Exchange students under MoUs
- Erasmus+ KA171 mobility students

• Exchange students from partner universities are exempted from tuition fees at QUI.
• Erasmus+ KA171 students receive full scholarship coverage (tuition waived).

3. Tuition Fees for Full-Degree Students (Reference Rates)

Tuition fees may vary by faculty. Estimated annual tuition:
- Engineering & Technology Programs: 18,000,000–22,000,000 VND/year
- Economics & Business Programs: 16,000,000–20,000,000 VND/year
- Information Technology: 18,000,000–22,000,000 VND/year
- Foreign Languages & Vietnamese Studies: 14,000,000–18,000,000 VND/year

Note: QUI may update tuition policies annually according to government regulations.

4. Other Mandatory Fees

- Student ID Card: 50,000 VND
- Health Insurance (annual): 600,000–700,000 VND
- Campus Medical Services: Included
- Library & IT Services: Included

5. Estimated Cost of Living in Quang Ninh

Average monthly expenses:
- Accommodation: 1,000,000–2,000,000 VND
- Meals: 1,500,000–2,500,000 VND
- Transportation: 200,000–300,000 VND
- Personal expenses: 500,000–1,000,000 VND

Total monthly cost: 3,500,000–6,000,000 VND

6. Payment Methods

Students may pay tuition and other fees using:
- Bank transfer (recommended)
- In-person payment at the Finance Office
