ERASMUS+ MOBILITY KA171 FOR STUDENTS
ERASMUS+ STUDENT EXCHANGE SCHOLARSHIP
(Academic Year 2025)
Within the framework of the Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility (ICM) project funded by the European Union, established between Quang Ninh University of Industry (QUI) and [Partner University Name], student exchange scholarships are offered to qualified applicants from the Faculty of [Name of Faculty], QUI. Details are as follows:
1. Eligibility Criteria and Requirements for Applicants
- Number of Scholarships: …… scholarships, each for a duration of …… months during the … semester of the academic year ……, from …… to ……
- Study Level: Students will undertake their … year of study at [Partner University Name].
- Academic Requirements: Minimum GPA or subject-specific average as required by the program.
- Language Proficiency Requirements: Applicants must meet the language requirements specified by the host university.
2. Selection Procedure (Two Rounds)
- Round 1: The Selection Committee of QUI will collect and pre-screen the applications.
- Round 2: The Selection Committee of [Partner University Name] will conduct the final evaluation and make the final decision.
3. Required Application Documents
- Scanned copy of passport or national ID card.
- Scanned copy of household registration book or residence confirmation certificate with English translation.
- Income certification for all family members for the past 12 months, with English translation. (Parents may obtain certification from their workplace or a pension statement. If unemployed, confirmation of no income must be issued by the local authority)
- Academic transcript with English translation.
- Scanned copy of a foreign language proficiency certificate.
- Learning Agreement (using the prescribed Erasmus+ form).
- Curriculum Vitae (CV) in English, following the Europass (or equivalent) template (maximum two pages).
- Certification of disadvantaged background or disability (if applicable).
- Letters of recommendation and/or academic, internship, or extracurricular activity certificates (if applicable).
4. Application Submission
- All application documents must be sent via email to [International Relations and Cooperation Office/QUI email] between [start date] and [end date] (Vietnam time).
- The total file size must not exceed 20 MB.
- The email subject line should be clearly written as:
“Erasmus Student Mobility [academic year] – [Partner University Name]”.
5. Rights and Obligations of Scholarship Recipients
Rights:
- Monthly scholarship and travel allowance (as specified by Erasmus+ program regulations).
- Recognition of academic results according to the bilateral cooperation agreement between QUI and the partner university.
Obligations:
- Complete at least 25 CFU (or equivalent credit units) with a minimum grade of [as required by the partner institution].
- Fulfill all tuition and administrative fees at QUI as required for students participating in bilateral exchange programs.
- Meet language proficiency requirements as stipulated by the host institution.
Example:
If students do not yet meet the required language certificate at the time of application (e.g. for Italian language requirement in case of Italian university), they must enroll in and complete a preparatory language course organized by QUI (or partner center) — as agreed in bilateral cooperation.
