QUI is committed to supporting international students throughout their academic journey. This guide outlines essential student services, including health support, counselling, academic orientation, and language assistance.

2. Health Support Services

QUI provides basic on-campus health services to support students' well-being.

Available services include:
- Health check and first aid at the Campus Medical Center
- Guidance on accessing local hospitals and clinics
- Health insurance support
- Emergency assistance

Major hospitals in Quang Ninh (near campus):
- Quang Ninh General Hospital
- Uong Bi Hospital
- Vietnam–Sweden Uong Bi Hospital

3. Counselling & Psychological Support

International students may experience cultural adjustment, academic pressure, or personal challenges. QUI offers free counselling services through trained staff.

Support includes:
- One-on-one counselling sessions
- Stress management guidance
- Cultural adaptation support
- Referral to professional psychologists if needed

4. Orientation Programs

QUI organizes orientation programs for all incoming international students:
- Campus tour and facilities introduction
- Course registration guidance
- Introduction to academic expectations
- Meeting with faculty coordinators
- Information on living in Quang Ninh
- Social events to meet Vietnamese students and other internationals

5. Language Support

QUI supports international students who need language assistance.
